Employment Restriction: Employees of pro33, our affiliated companies, game providers, payment processors, and their immediate family members are prohibited from creating accounts or participating in gameplay on our platform.
Verification Obligation: pro33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP, passport), proof of address (utility bills, bank statements), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
To use pro33 services, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and preferred currency (IDR). You may create only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts, also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must use a strong, unique password and never share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you.
You agree to immediately notify pro33 customer support if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any security breach. pro33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain adequate security precautions.
You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of pro33 services is truthful, accurate, and complete. You must promptly update your account information if any details change (change of address, phone number, email). Providing false information, using another person's identity, or registering under a false name constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
pro33 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). Minimum deposit is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name—third-party deposits are prohibited.
Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. pro33 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any currency conversion charges if depositing in a currency other than IDR.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding any bonuses or winnings obtained through Terms violations) will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees, charges, or amounts owed to pro33. However, if your account is closed due to fraud, Terms violations, or prohibited activities, pro33 reserves the right to forfeit your entire account balance.
